Shortlisted for Independent Firm of the Year - Midlands Award 2015

In all honesty, we're really very excited that Poole Waterfield has been shortlisted for the Independent Firm of the Year - Midlands by the British Accountancy Awards.

When you've been in this business for over fifty years you forget to shout about your achievements, and that isn’t really our style anyway. But this does give us an opportunity to reflect on what we have managed to do this year; as always working with our clients to find ways to help them to overcome challenges, thrive and grow. We've helped many businesses with all kinds of projects this year, from highly technical tax planning, developing strategic plans, and finding solutions to problems as diverse as succession planning to helping to resolve a computer fraud! Our dedicated team have been full steam ahead to deliver and we're set to end 2015 on a high.

We know that being shortlisted is only the beginning and we'll be up against stiff competition to win the award. That doesn't stop us crossing our fingers! We're quietly confident that the service we provide together with the new marketing efforts we've made this year will give us a fighting chance.

A little bit about the award - it's primarily to celebrate excellence in the accountancy profession and attracts some of the best in their field. We're honoured to be shortlisted and would be even more so to win it.
